DLPNIRNANOEVM: Detect sub 900nm peak

Part Number: DLPNIRNANOEVM

Hello DLP team,

I have a professor interested in using the NIRscan but they need to use it to detect a 840nm peak. A student saw a video or material that said 700-2500nm for the DLP device.

Upon further inspection of the specs on the two NIRscan units, one had a range of 1350-2490nm, and the other had 900-1700nm. The student did not realize that even though the DLP part of the unit had a range of 700-2500 nm that the overall detector range of the EVM was a fraction of that (and not one of the fractions he needs for the project).

Just want to verify that those EVMs or others cannot be configured to detect 840nm?
