Hi,
I am a graduate student now working on a project using the DLP LightCrafter with laser. We took of the light engine so that we can utilize our custom laser and optical system, but after the disassembly the DMD mounting is not as firm as desired. We decide to make a metal module as the mounting similar to that of the light engine. It is a little bit difficult to get the best measurement of the current modules. I wonder if we could be provided with more detailed dimensions information or a CAD file for at least the light engine part of the LightCrafter. That would make it a lot easier for our development.
