DLP2010: Ordered a Lightcrafter2010 on 17th of March, hasn't shipped yet

Credit card has been charged with a pre-payment, cannot track the order from TI store webpage as I ordered without an account, email doesn't respond. Leaves me no choice but to ask here, when will you ship order number 1777726 ??

They are free to reply via email to the email address with which the order was placed. But we didn't register that email during purchase so we have no way to track the order online as that requires logging in.
