I am trying to find out about the diffraction efficiency of DMD, and the following note: DMD Optical Efficiency Application Note - Texas Instruments, shows only broken link: http://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/dlpa083

Could you help figure out or restore the link? Thank you!

I took me some time to find out. This application note has been withdrawn by TI. You may want look at the following application note:
www.ti.com/.../dlpa031c.pdf

This may have some of the information you may be looking ex. window transmittance.

Then probably TI can repair that broken link I provided, e.g. by re-linking it to the dlpa031c version.
