DLPC3435: Empty Frame Buffer behavior

When frame buffer in the DLPC3435 is empty, and there is no input data, what does the DLPC3435 chip drive to the projector?  Does it continue to project the previous frame data that was present in the buffer?

    Stephen,

    When the DLPC3435 framebuffer is empty and the system is set to external video display mode, the system will drive the last frame that was sent continuously. There is also a "freeze image" I2C command available in the DLPC3435 programmer's guide which forces the system to display the same data continuously until the freeze command is disabled.
