DLP2000: DLPC2607 BGA footprint probelm

Part Number: DLP2000
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DLPC2607, TIDA-01473

Hi. We have a  problem: By datasheet DLPC2607 has BGA-176 footprint with 0.4mm pitch(picture 1). in the same document, another footprint (picture 2) is shown as an example of the PCB, although the case is not shown to the datasheet. From the Gerber files the example of this chip evalution board(picture 3) has dimensions of 13x13mm and pitch 0.8mm (in the datasheet it is 7x7mm). can you please clarify on this .

2) If its size of dlpc2607 is  7x7 mm, then for tracing it is necessary to use a Via with a hole size 0.1mm and diameter 0.2mm, which is difficult for manufacturers to do in our region . Can you please suggest alternative

   .

Thanks
