DLPA2005: Rectifier Diode on SWN pin specifications

Part Number: DLPA2005

Hi,

I'm currently working on a schematic/layout for the DLPA2005 part.  I'm working with the reference design on page 5 of the attached document, which is the DLP chipset reference design.   There is a Diode, D1, in the design that has a part number listed as PMEG4002EL,315, that is connected to the SWN pin.  This part is about ~1.3 mm X 0.9 mm (SOD-484 package).

In the dlpa2005 document, there is a recommended layout.  The diode connected at these pins is clearly not that large, when compared to the 0402 and 0603 parts that are next to it.  Neither is the diode that is on the

Is there a way to find out the hard specifications on what is required for the rectification of the that voltage, beyond the a 40V for the reverse voltage and 200mA forward current?

Thanks,
Stephen Craig
