DLPNIRNANOEVM: iOS App crashes when connecting to Bluetooth

The NIRScan Nano iOS app crashes every time it tries to connect to the device. I have tried it on both the iPhone (IOS 11) and iPad (iOS 9). Please advise. Thanks

Have you tried connecting with the standard windows software to rule out any issues with the iOS firmware? If it works on windows, then the problem may be related to iOS software instability.

I've tried with Android and it works fine. I've also tried on different IOS firmware, both failed.

So my suspicion is on the NIRScan app. Anyone else managed to get the app working?

Kok Ching Hoo,

From my experience I have seen other uses struggle with iOS firmware. Support for the iOS release may be limited to legacy OS versions for which it was originally developed.

In this case I recommend you stick with Android application if possible, or revert iOS version.
