I want to update the firmware to change the splash screen, but it does not work.
What requirement about the splash screen does it have?

Arturo,

What platform/EVM are you working on? The splash screen for most of our EVMs requires a particular image size and resolution to fit in the DMD. Let me know which EVM you are using so I can assist further.

The EVM type is DLPDLCR3010EVM-G2.

Arturo,

Thanks for your input. The default splash screens have the following resolutions:

Logo Splash: 520x320
Color Bars: 854x480
Party Scene: 427x240
Woman Splash: 640x360

If you are encountering problems, try using a similarly sized splash or a different file format. I hope this helps.
