DLP3000: Problem with projecting a full video screen on DMD

Hi Sir/Madam,

I am having a problem when projecting a video to the DMD, instead of showing the screen of my laptop exactly on the DMD, it's only showing about half of the image. 

At first, I thought it was because of the laptop's screen resolution, so I changed the resolution but it didn't help.

 I also tried to connect the laptop to another monitor and played the video I was projecting on the DMD, it was working fine.

The whole thing was working before last week, and then it suddenly showed up like this. I couldn't figure out what was going on, in the meantime, I have updated the win10 system. 

Can you help me with this?

    Welcome to the E2E forums, and thanks for your interest in our DLP technology.

    Please try connecting a different EDID-enabled device to your EVM. To confirm, the EVM operates using a standard EDID interface, so your source must understand how to read an EDID to work properly. I hope this helps.
