Is there any way to manually switch LC4500 evaluation board to programming mode, after last unsuccessful firmware upload and reboot we can't connect now.

Unfortunately that does not helped. Tried Win7 and Linux can't be detected via USB.
When I programmed I skip bootloader, so may be I can manually switch DLPLCR4500EVM to bootloader mode and reprogram?

Hi Nik,
Install jumper at J18 and see you are able to communicate with the hardware, if so you can program full image in this mode, once successful program you can remove jumper.
If it doesn't detect even after J18 installation then the only other way is to Jtag flash as described here http://www.ti.com/dlp-lightcrafter4500-jtag-flash
