I'm having the same problem as the user who reported a similar one. The computer does not see the 6500 EVM. The 6500 will run on its own, and display the normal pattern sequence on startup, but the GUI has no effect. We have been using this EVM for about 9 months, no problems.

    Hello Jim,

    Have you tried a different computer? Recently one customer reported that a system running Windows 8 stopped communicating with their EVM after an update from MicroSoft. They confirmed by using a machine not running Windows 8.

    Let us know if this is the issue.

    Yes, I did try that last week and it worked. I'm using laptop with Windows 10. The one that failed was Windows 8. Must have been an update. I wish you had an Apple GUI.
