Our 6500 EVM was purchased last August. It has been running with no issues. Now, today, the USB connection is not working. The 6500 displays the startup patterns, but the GUI does not control it.

I was able to fix this issue by downloading the GUI software to another computer (windows 10) and then using that computer to control the DMD 6500. It must have been a Windows 8 issue on the other computer, but it was strange as that computer ran nearly a year with no problems.
