Hello,

My DLP lightcrafter gets stuck on the booting menu. The loading bar initially moves and gets stuck at the very end. The power supply I am using appears to fit the specifications: 5V, 3A, 0.7mm x 2.35mm x 9.5 mm.

I do not have an sd card inserted. The dip switch is pushed away from the sd card, although I have tried both directions with the same result.

Hi Bing,
Look at the D1 status LED which is close to the DM365 IC on the board, it should change status from Red to Green and then after that blink red and green alternatively. This will confirm that DM365 is able to successfully boot from the NAND flash. You can collect UART dump via 3.5mm Jack pin. If it is not changing then the flash might be corrupt hence it is not able to configure properly.

Hi Sanjeev,

The D1 LED does not start blinking. It just remains on red. So it seems the corrupt flash may be the problem. What would be the best way to proceed? If I can still collect a UART dump, would that be done with a 3.5 mm jack to usb connector? From there how would I access the dump?
