DLPLIGHTCRAFTER: Connect to gui fails

Hello, I am able to turn on the dlp lightcrafter and reach the test image. However, when I attempt to connect to the GUI, it is unable to do so. The mini-usb is plugged in. However, when I press connect in the gui sometimes there is no response. Sometimes it is able to connect; however other times there is absolutely no response when the connect button is clicked. The firmware should be updated. I am booting from an SD card which I just recently copied the firmware onto. A similar issue occurs when I boot from nand.

    Hi Bing,
    You can first verify you are able to ping to 192.168.1.100 (default ip address of the LightCrafter) if success only then GUI can connect. Note some PCs take a while to establish connection, on windows it will be using RNDIS driver and tcp over usb. So wait until your ping is successful.
