Hello,
We are using the DLP2010 Lightcrafter EVM with a third-party light engine containing the DLP2010 (0.2" WVGA) DMD. We have created a custom bridge to connect the EVM to the light-engine and configured it to Swap Configuration Option 4 to match the firmware on the light-engine (For reference, we used the data contained in Table 9 in the DLPC Datasheet located here http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/dlpc3430.pdf
The EVM boots with the projector connected and the Lightcrafter GUI recognizes the Controller (DLPC3435) and the LED Driver (DLPA2005) but it does not recognize the DMD. Furthermore, attempts to read the Flash were not successful using the GUI.
My questions are:
1) Does the EVM rely on the flash on the projector to dictate swap configuration?
2) Can the flash be rewritten using an alternative software (e.g. Cypress Serial Utility)?
