DLP4500: Maximum heat the DMD can handle while not connected

Part Number: DLP4500

Hello,

I am wondering to what temperature a DMD, and in particular the DLP4500, can be heated up to. This would not be the maximum operating temperature, which I can see from the documentation is 70 degrees C. In the scenario that I envision the DMD would not be electrically connected to anything during the time it is heated up. The temperature that I hope the DMD can survive is 120 degrees C. I don't know yet for how long it would have to withstand this temperature, but let's say for now that it would be an hour.

I know that there are two different interfaces for this DMD: FQD and FQE. Since the FQE version uses a plastic connector, I imagine the FQD version to be potentially more heat resistant - can you confirm that?

Thank you very much in advance,

  Kilian
