DLPC910: Package in datasheet

Hello.


I prepare PCB board for DLPC910.I have not understand package FCBGA676 in datasheet at all.
In datasheet is top view of FCBGA676 and Pin A1 is in right top.
Common praxis is A1 is right top side and bottom view( the same Virtex datasheet).
What is true - is it mistake in TI datasheet ???

    Hello Jan,

    I would agree that this appears to be the bottom view and is mislabeled as top, but please let me verify this tomorrow.

    I have verified that the image on page 4 of the data sheet is in fact a "bottom view" NOT a "top view".
    We have entered this to be corrected on the next edit of the data sheet. The mechanical drawing at the bottom of the data sheet is correct and identifies it as a bottom view there.
