Hi,

Let me talk about DLPC350.

We need information for DLPC350 Flash timing.
For example how much time does DLPC350 need after DLPC350 issue read enable.
My cusotmer need to estimate how much design margin.

We want specification like DLPC900

Hi Hiroyasu,

Unlike DLPC900, the DLPC350 flash timings are hardcoded and not modifiable. Here is a table containing the absolute timings you required.

PARAMETER	TIMING
Tcs (CSZ low to WEZ low)	33.5ns
Twp (WEZ low to WEZ high)	67ns
Tch (WEZ high to CSZ high)	53.6ns
Tacc (CSZ low to Output Valid)	100.5ns
