I am  working with single pixel camera via compressive sensing . For that I use DLP6500&9000 to project pattern towards  the object ... I cannot  control frequency of DMD which creates synchronization problems . whenever I project patterns (say 400 patterns ) I receive morethan 400 measurements at the output . what should I do to resolve this problem .

    Hello Anumal,

    First, welcome to the DLP section of the TI-E2E forums.

    How are you getting patterns to your DLPLCR6500EVM / DLPLCR9000EVM?

    If the patterns are fixed patterns, then you can use the DLPC900 GUI in Pattern On-The-Fly Mode (or store them in flash - Pre-stored Pattern Mode)  to specify the display time of each.  You should set up the input trigger at the beginning of your pattern sequence.  This trigger can then be used by the EVM to start displaying the pattern set and your camera exposure.

    You can also use the EVM to trigger the camera by setting Trigger Out 2 on your first pattern and use this to start the camera.  This will run continuously and you  may want to put some dark time at the end of your last pattern.
