DLP4500: DLP lightCrafter 4500 light engine

Hello Peter,

The LightCrafter 4500 main PCB has an EEPROM for the EDID. You can see it is U2 on the schematic which can be found at www.ti.com/.../dlp4500-c350ref. You can also find the manual for the LightCrafter 4500 at www.ti.com/.../dlpu011f.pdf.

Usually this EEPROM doesn't need to be changed unless you want the HDMI to detect different framerates. Hopefully this answers your question! If not please let me know what you are hoping to do with the EEPROM.
