DLP3010EVM-LC: DLP3010EVM-LC board not working properly

Dear Sir,

Kindly know that the DLP3010EVM-LC evaluation board we have purchased, is not working properly. We have used two different adapters with the DLP3010EVM-LC evaluation board. With both the adapters the results have been the same. The "P3P 3V LED" starts to blink, but it does not get stably on. I am attaching the photos of both the adapters. At the same time, below is the link of the video I have made for your reference.

Additional Information -  The 2 fans below the board are not turning on.
I have checked the voltage on the fans pins(Red and black wire pins) ,
there was 0 volts on it.

I am attaching the invoice photo as well. I have already raised this issue at support@ti.com, where Mr Ahmed Tuna(Texas Instruments, TI Customer Support) has already agreed that my problem is genuine and the board will have to be replaced. He has asked me to raise the issue here again. 

I request you to kindly replace my board or do the needful as early as possible.

  • Dear Mr. Thakur,

    Please guide us through the process on how you will be assisting us. Kindly know that it has already been a week, since I initiated this process of contacting TI. The board is not working in the manner it was suppose to work and the development team is stuck with it and sitting idle. I have already sent all the required proof of the malfunction of the board. 

    Kindly send someone to our office who can either repair the problem of the board or can assist us in replacing the board. 

    P.S. - Please understand, I have too much pressure on my head and I need to get this issue resolved on urgent basis.

    I request for your urgent assistance.
