Part Number: DLPDLCR2010EVM
I have recently purchased a DLPDLCR2010EVM from Digikey. I have received the EVM and powered it up and I am able to display the splash screen and cycle through the test images as desribed in the user's manual. I have also downloaded the DLP LightCrafter Display GUI, V7.0. When I try to run the GUI, the EVM Status: Incompatible EVM. When I connected the EVM to USB it says it installed a driver, but I am not sure it installed the correct driver. I tried to update the USB driver, device manager says that windows has selected the proper driver.
When I open the GUI, on the information page, EVM Information 3310 is displayed. could this be caused by an incorrect USB driver? Or is there another problem I missed?
