DLPDLCR2000EVM: Optical Engine Light Customization?

Hello,

I work in a biology lab and I'm interested in controlling spatial patterns of red and infrared light for optogenetic experiments.

To do this, I'm trying to customize the DLP LightCrafter Display 2000 Evaluation Module. Is there any way to order a custom JLED flex cable with alternate LED colors and a suitable dichroic for the optical engine? I haven't found much information on the optical components in the optical engine - are these specs available somewhere?

    Hello Jason,

    You can find more information about the optical engine in the user's guide at www.ti.com/.../dlpu049c.pdf. This optical engine was designed by Young Optics. They may have additional information about the optical engine along with other engine options if you contact them.

    I would also recommend taking a look at the following page with our optical module partners who have optical engines for the DLP2000 DMD. Their contact information is available there as well.
