Dear Sir,
My customer has bought DLPNIRNANOEVM and found when she set the width to 4.68 nm but cannot adjust the “Dig resolution” up to 385 (limited at 376)
And the max pattern used is 376/264, different with other module that she bought before.
Please verify and advise if this consider as defective or not.
