After initially starting up properly, we now see an error indicator on the DLPC900 controller board, upon close inspection we noticed that the controller board has visible damage (specifically the area near c332).
The power supply we used was the recommended one according to the specifications 12 VDC, 5A max.
Can you please tell us what can possibly cause such a damage?
Is there an option to buy separately the DLPC900 controller board?
