DLP3010EVM-LC: "Error" at Program Pattern Files

Hello, TI Experts,

Our customer sent us question about Internal pattern Generation with GUI on DLP3010EVM-LC.

They found the "Error" at Program Pattern Files.

And we would like to attach error log file.

Please analyze the problem & tell us how to solve this problem.

Detail: (Please refer attached pdf)

NG-case: We found the "Error" at Program Pattern Files like below.

     - Add Horizontal pattern(8-bit) as Pattern set(1)

     - Choose Pattern Set(1)

     - Choose Pattern Set(1)

     - Then we try to program. But We found the "Error" at Program Pattern Files.

Next We try to use 2-pattern Set like Trial-1/2 on page-2/3 in attached pdf.

     - We can success to program & run.

Then we also try to use 3-pattern Set like Trial-3 on page-4 in attached pdf.

   - We can success to program & run.

Question:

We found the "Error" at Program Pattern Files by using same pattern set like NG-case.

- Do you have same experience?

- Are there any restriction or notice to use GUI on DLP3010EVM-LC?
