DLP7000: gas filled in the package of DMD (DLP7000)

Hi,

I would like to know what kind of gas is filled in the package of DLP 7000

is it helium, nitrogen,  or neon?

    Hi,

    In my experiment,  the windows surface of DMD  have to be replaced because the signal in the middle infrared ray range might be absorbed. In case the aluminum micromirror be oxidated in the process of removing the window, I need information of gas filled in the DMD chip packaging.

    In addition, could you offer me the transmittance spectra from 2000 nm to 4000 nm ?
