I'm trying to remove the window surface of DMD (DLP4500)

from the datasheet, I learned that there is encapsulant on the edge of the window surface.

what is the material of the encapsulant?

Hello,

The encapsulant material is proprietary. Obviously you can try to remove the window; however, be warned this will void the warranty and it is very easy to damage the DMD.
