DLPDLCR4710EVM-G2: custom duty cycles (preferably over i2c)

Dear all,

We designed a custom board based on the DLPDLCR4710EVM-G2. In our optical engine we use different LEDs (5 Amps) so we need a custom firmware to limit the current and configure a new white point.

We managed to set the startup current and the splash screen but changing the duty cycles was not successful. We get an error on the GUI (v7.0 on windows 7 - NOT WORKING ON windows 10).

1- Is there another way to set the duty cycles ?

2- Can we set them while the projector is ON (over i2c) ?

    Ahmed,

    What error do you see when attempting to change Duty Cycles? As for your other questions:

    1. We can also provide a preferred duty cycle configuration for your design. Please accept my E2E friend request for further assistance.
    2. While the projector is ON, you are able to swap between pre-programmed looks which feature different duty cycles. However, it is not possible to customize and reprogram these duty cycles on the fly.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I get a generic error on my screen :

    1- The problem is we are not sure about the exact duty cycle that we gonna use so we need a way to try a different sets (can you provide one for R=35 G=39 B=26 ?)

    2- Can you modify the default values in the LOOK table ? we have 4 predefined looks so can you set them to whatever values ?
