When I operate the Trigger out option synchronize a camera,there is only a single trigger in the beginning, immediately after the Lightcrafter is turned on.Even though I have initialised a trigger after every pattern in the sequence, but the trigger only occurs once. What could be the problem ?

Sorry for the delay, I didn't have access to the system on the weekend. Here are the screenshots of the GUI, of how I configured the system. I loaded these settings into the ini file and built the firmware.

I have some comments about your use case.
According to the description you provided, you are using TRIG_OUT2.
Kindly see the DLPC350 Datasheet Table 7 Trigger modes
Trigger out 2 gives out a pulse at every beginning of pattern sequence. If you want a trigger for every pattern displayed, you can try using TRIGOUT1, which will be high during the exposure time, and will give you a negative pulse every time a new pattern starts displaying.
Also, Kindly use DLPC350 FW v4.0.3. This is required to ensure DMD longevity.

I am still bit confused if I am using TRIG_OUT1 or TRIG_OUT2, because I get a trigger after every pattern, while operating through the GUI but not without, which is something I have not understood as to why this happens.

So with the GUI, when I set everything up,load and validate the pattern sequence, and I click play, on the camera acquisition, I can see the frame for every pattern.
But when I set an ini file, load the firmware and run the LCR without using the GUI, by directly powering it on, it only triggers at the beginning when the pattern starts and never after that.
