I'm not sure if you will be able to lend me a hand with this case. One of our customers ordered # DLP4710EVM-LC and they are having some issues with it, please see below the description they provided :
"
- we connected the projector to the power supply and to the computer via USB
- we have connected to it using the software provided by TI
- we created 3 patterns from which we wanted to perform a sequence of patterns
- we started to upload patterns and a scheduled sequence to the memory, using a procedure in the software (a'la wizard) during pattern uploads, an I2C-USB communication error (which you know
later) appears; after that we tried to work with you.Then, last week we
tried to do tests with HDMI
- after Christmas my collegue started installing the scanner on the bar(then the projector was still running and you could connect to it after HDMI). What happened until he reported to me a problem that the projector does not turn on.

while trying to gain acces to the I2C bus.
Connecting after usb I try to change patterns, upload new firmware give a
message:It also does not work if we connect HDMI - it does not light. "
I've honestly got lost after the first two points and I'm not able to see if there is something that customer is missing on his behalf to set up. Please, could you help me for troubleshooting the issue?
