Could you tell me why Maximum number of patterns of Horizon
and Vertical are changed ?

Hi Hiroyasu,

The max number of patterns are mentioned in this FAQ:

They're different for horizontal and vertical patterns because the horizontal and vertical resolutions are different, so a vertical pattern would occupy more memory than a horizontal one due to the 16:9 aspect ratio of the display.
