DLP9000: HDMI and DP noise

Hi everyone

I'm using DLP projectors for 3d printing, my problem is that, sometimes, the projector image shifts a little bit, I have checked and changed mechanical parts and even PC but i still have problem, I think the problem arises from HDMI or DP communication. I changed my cable to a higher quality one and it reduced the noise but not completely, Can anyone give me some tips to completely omit these noise?

Hello again Pourya,

I assume you are using the DLPC900 to drive the DLP9000. Is this correct?

If so are you using the DLPLCR9000EVM or boards of your own design?

Also, What software are you using to generate your 3D "slices" and what software are you using to send the images out over HDMI/DP?

How many pixels wide would you estimate the "shift" to be?

Is the shift along the long or short axis of the DMD? In other words if it were a TV image would the shift be horizontal or vertical?
