I've included the text from the read me file below. The 9 models are dependent on the VCC_INTF and VCC_FLSH voltages. I can help point you to the correct model if you could share which voltages you will be using, or you can see the below text.

"DLPC343X IBIS Model Notes: (Updated 7/25/2018)

There are 9 possible combinations for the DLPC343X IBIS models depending on how the chip is implemented in overall system design.

Since the ASIC voltage rail [VCC_INTF] is variable between 1.8v, 2.5v and 3.3 volts and separately the ASIC voltage rail [VCC_FLSH] can be 1.8v, 2.5v and 3.3v, this requires the different associated IBIS models for all 9 configurations. The following IBIS model versions are as follows for the associated Voltage difference options.

The customer should use the IBIS model that reflects their respective design setup:
