Hi All,

I'm curious if script files are performing any other action than setting the 3470's registers to non-default values? I'm surmising this because all the commands seem to be write operations to the 3470's default I2C address followed by command numbers from its programming manual along with any required arguments. Is there a way to override the DPLA2005 register values from within a script?

Hello Scott,

The scripts essentially replicate the available I2C commands available in the DLPC3470 programmer's guide. These I2C commands will configure the controller as needed (i.e. changing register values). Is there something specific you need to do with the DLPA2005? Generally you shouldn't need to manually change the PMICs register values.
