Hi Basavaraj,

The lamp output  varies from unit to unit. For a given lamp, it also varies with time (ageing) , temperature and humidity etc.  For any spectral sensing application, it is very critical to take period white reference and compare output scan with reference.   You should compare the absorbance across units , not absolute value of light output.
