Welcome to DLP forum and thank you for your interest in DLP technology.
Could you please check on the bottom of the user interface and check if there is any error flag on? If one or more flag are set then that gives an idea about nature of error.
Sometimes the contacts or connectors could become loose in shipment and normal use. Please try if press those boards/connector see if this resolves the problem.
If these step do not address the issue, please upload a CSV file from scan , These file may be helpful in analyzing the problem.

User interface has not recive any errors. I disconnect and connect again connectors, still without effect. I upload a CSV file. Plase, analyze this file.

Hi ,
Thank you for uploading the CVS file. It seems two input pins (24 Bit RGB/ parallel port) of DLPC150 are not getting data. Those signals are either grounded or open. The common cause of this problem is board to broad connector between two boards in the EVM.
Please open board /EVM and look for bent pins in the connector. After fixing them , assemble back. See if this fixes the problem. If not then there may be permanent damage to the connector and your need to replace them.
