DLP4710EVM-LC: Failed to program pattern data

Hello TI

I uploaded several patterns and an error message showed out (Failed to program pattern data, Package size exceeds the size allocated in flash), then I am not able to upload any pattern at all. How can I solve the problem?

Could you please clarify what type of patterns you are uploading? Could you please share screenshots of your steps and the error?

Hi Kyle,

Thanks! I think flash memory is limited, I changed my files to "png" and "bit depth=1". I can load 45 files now.

Does new version of firmware come put yet? I saw someone ask this question back in July, 2019 and TI said it would be available in a few weeks.

Glad to hear you were able to fix it. I am not sure on the exact date of updated firmware but I believe it is still in progress.
