Could not able to install DLP Composer on Window7

I am working on DPP6401 and trying to install DLP Composer v10.5 Beta2 on my new laptop with Windows 7. The installation fail. It display error message "Setup.ini file missing or not found". Please let me know is there any DLP composer or patch which works on Windows 7

DLP Composer v10.5 beta 2 does not completely support Windows 7. For full Windows 7 support you must upgrade to a non-beta version of DLP Composer v10.5. The new version is available via the DLP Knowledgebase. If you need access to that site please contact your TI support representative.

The composer tool is software made to work with DLP ASICs and is made available to the OEMs mentioned in the thread linked above. If you are a qualified DLP OEM please contact your TI support represenative to gain access to this tool.
