Dear Sir/Madam,

We have recently purchased a microprojector from you (see the details below). When I started the projector, I found the color of the light coming out of it was magenta. Later when I operated the projector with GUI (downloaded from the webpage), I discovered that green LED was not working. I tried to project R G B and green light was missing. I also tried to project a white power point slide and received magenta output instead of white.

Could you let me know how can I fix this?

Welcome to the E2E forums, and thanks for your interest in our DLP technology.

It sounds like you are having hardware issues with an EVM out of the box. Have you contacted Mouser regarding this problem? Since you purchased from them they might be able to assist you further.

Hi Rahul,

Welcome to DLP forum and Thank you for your interest in DLP technology. I am sorry that you facing this issues with the EVM.

I want to reconfirm that you are DLP4500 Lightcrafter EVM .

It is likely that connection to Green LED may have become loose. Please locate J32 connector in right & front corner of the board/EVM. Please check if connectors on both end of purple&gray wires are secured properly and there is no damage to the wires.

Yes, we have been able to solve the issue.

There was a loose connection and our technical staff was able to fix this.
