DLPC350: Light Crafter 4500 EVM is no longer connected to GUI

Hi,

I have ben using the driver board of Lighctarfter 4500 for over a year and it was working properly until todat when I chnage the firmware option to fast flash update. Then the GUI crashed and since then the lightcrafter is not connected to the GUI. When I discconet the power cable and connect ir again, there id a red light on the other side of the board which lights up just for a sencond.

Hello Sis,

I would recommend trying to boot up into bootloader mode as indicated on page 17 and 18 of the EVM user's guide to see if that can be used to re-flash the firmware image. If that doesn't work you could attempt to reprogram the flash with a JTAG connector as shown here.
