DLPNIRNANOEVM: After updating the firmware, it still shows that there is no scan configuration in the device

After the spectrometer is connected to the computer, the software is turned on, and there is no scanning configuration in the display device, so the firmware is updated. After the firmware is completed, there is still no scanning configuration in the display device

    Hi User,

    Welcome to TI E2E Forums! Kindly make sure you are using NIRScan Nano TIVA FW v2.1.0, DLPC150 FW v2.2.0 and NIRScan Nano GUI v2.1.0. Kindly reflash both NIRScan Nanoo TIVA FW and DLPC150 FW. Then take a look at NIRScan Nano User Guide page 101 chapter K3. System Not Responding. Kindly follow the second point "Invalid Scan Configuration Set as Active in EEPROM". This should resolve the error you are facing.
