DLPNIRNANOEVM: Error in USB read data

Hi,

   I am using the NIR Nano EVM to get the scan data of different poultry feed samples. I have written a python program to set the config, scan and read the scan data thru USB.

There seems to be negative values in the intensity data, not sure why i get the negative values?

Also the scandata has a read size of 3822, but i get additional data (size of 4004).

    Are you getting correct data when you run the EVM with GUI?  Lets first baseline that your system configuration is working well the GUI. Once we have confirmed that then can look into python program.
