Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

We have a DLP 4K laser TV project and learn the DLPC4422 EVM. There are an  altera FPGA used to split incoming Vx1 data for the two DLPC4422. Taking  into account the purchase price and delivery time,if Ti can provide other FPGA can be done for reference or provide the FPGA soure code include RTL diagram.
