Thanks for your reply. I have solved that problem. 
I have tried to update firmware(dlp3010evm-lc_7.3.2) again.
Then I can see the splash screen and control EVM.
I don't know what happened in my test, but 
the updating the firmware may be a solution to initialize the state of EVM.
Sorry to bother you if this method is well known.
