DLP2010NIR: Diffraction efficiency plots of DLP2010 and DLP2010NIR

Dear All,

I am using DLP2010 and DLP2010NIR for my research. I found from your webpage handy document "DMD Optical Efficiency for Visible Wavelengths" https://www.ti.com/lit/an/dlpa083a/dlpa083a.pdf. On the 13th page of the material is a Figure 4-6. 5.4 µm Pitch DMD Mirror Calculated Diffraction Efficiency, for the wavelength range from 400nm to 700nm.

I am wondering what is the DMD Mirror Calculated Diffraction Efficiency in the range from 350nm till 750nm. Could you please provide any information about the behaviour of the DMD for the mentioned range?

I was also searching that type of document for the DLP2010NIR, but unfortunately I could not find. If you have, could you please provide diffraction efficiency plot or numerical data for the DLP2010NIR?

For the DLP2010, I am interested in the region from 350 nm to 750 nm.

For the DLP2010NIR, I am interested in the region from 650 nm to 2500 nm.

At this moment, I do not specify F/# for my system.

Dear Vivek,

I hope you have some good news for me. About my work, I could measure by myself the diffraction efficiency as I have the DMDs, but due to the COVID-19, I am not allowed to go to university and perform measurements. I need that data to continue my current simulations. At this moment only I can give this info.
