I purchased DLP4710EVM-LC and tested it. And, I moved SW28 slide switch to the On postion and pushed ON/OFF switch21. However, I can't see output.
The lens of the output section does not light up.
Can you fix it remotely ??

Hello User,
Welcome to the E2E forums and thank you for your interest in our DLP technology.
Can you please verify if the EVM has been turned on? There is a green button on top of the device which you must press and hold to activate video output and start the system.
This button must be activated after the red power switch has been enabled and the power supply is plugged in.

If this does not work, I recommend check that you have the correct power supply connected to your system.(19V DC)
I hope this helps.

The same action as above will not solve the problem. Is there any way to check if it is a software or hardware problem?

I am having the same problem as above.
"The firmware is likely corrupted due to interruption of pattern upload. You'll have to directly access the SPI flash without using USB or GUI and update the firmware."
""You'll have to directly access the SPI flash ??""
What should I do??
The post you have linked refers to an issue caused by interruption of pattern upload.
Have you ever achieved image output with your EVM? What were you doing with the EVM when it was last working (if ever)?
