Welcome to the E2E forums and thanks for your interest in our DLP technology.
It sounds like you are saying that the system was working as of last week, but has suddenly started issuing this error. Can you confirm?
What have you changed in your system configuration since then? Have you updated your pattern config, system software, GUI software, etc?

I see that your EVM is connected based on your GUI images.
Do you have communication with your board? Are you able to use the "Get" buttons? Does everything else work outside of the .ini file?

It sounds like you are at least having success sometimes when uploading pattern configurations. Are your failures occurring when sending the same pattern repeatedly, or do you encounter issues only with specific configurations?
If you are having issues with specific configurations, can you share them?

I was able to download your .BIN and .INI file and both load your .BIN and send the .INI solution successfully to the DLP LightCrafter 4500 EVM. In my case I did not encounter any errors when attempting to send the pattern.
The only thing I could note here is that you are using v3.1.0 of the LightCrafter 4500 GUI software, and I am using v4.0.0. I am also using Windows 10.
You may want to try downloading the latest release before trying again. If that fails, consider trying the same on a different PC.
