DLPLCR4500EVM: Error Sending Pattern Config

My DLPLCR4500EVM doesn't work，because it show “Error Sending Pattern Config” when i apply the sequence solution. I think the ".ini" file is ok, because a week ago, it was right to use. I don`t know how to deal with the problem.

It sounds like you are saying that the system was working as of last week, but has suddenly started issuing this error. Can you confirm?

What have you changed in your system configuration since then? Have you updated your pattern config, system software, GUI software, etc?

yeah. Sometimes the device can upload "ini" files and right work, but most of the time it is wrong("Error sending pattern config")

Hi BB,

I see that your EVM is connected based on your GUI images.

Do you have communication with your board? Are you able to use the "Get" buttons? Does everything else work outside of the .ini file?

The problem only appeared when i applied a sequence solution， "Get" buttons show nothing help for my problem. I just want to use "ini" file to drive images flashing.

It sounds like you are at least having success sometimes when uploading pattern configurations. Are your failures occurring when sending the same pattern repeatedly, or do you encounter issues only with specific configurations?

If you are having issues with specific configurations, can you share them?

I was able to download your .BIN and .INI file and both load your .BIN and send the .INI solution successfully to the DLP LightCrafter 4500 EVM. In my case I did not encounter any errors when attempting to send the pattern.

The only thing I could note here is that you are using v3.1.0 of the LightCrafter 4500 GUI software, and I am using v4.0.0. I am also using Windows 10.

You may want to try downloading the latest release before trying again. If that fails, consider trying the same on a different PC.

I have changed OS to win10 and v4.0.0，but it was not solved.
