We are trying to reduce the size of the system board and wanted to know if it's possible to get the database for redoing the pcb layout design.

Are you asking for the PCB layout for this system? If so, you should check the reference design for the layout files.

Each DLP LightCrafter EVM has a "TI Reference Design" linked to it that contains all relevant design files. Here is the link for the 2010-LC EVM Reference Design:
